Dr. Colin Moyes

He is a recognized expert in his field with qualifications including a BSc (Hons), MBChB, and FRCPath. Dr. Moyes is an integral member of the local and regional Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), providing expertise in diagnosing and managing skin tumors.

He actively contributes to the national Dermatopathology External Quality Assurance Scheme, ensuring diagnostic accuracy at a national level. As the National Lead for Advanced Practice and BMS Specimen Dissection, he demonstrates leadership in maintaining high standards of pathology services. Dr. Moyes has authored National Skin Cancer Guidelines, a Dermatopathology chapter in an undergraduate textbook, and numerous journal articles, showcasing his scholarly contributions. With previous leadership roles in NHS Boards, Dr. Moyes is a dedicated professional committed to advancing dermatopathology and pathology practice in the UK.
