Dr. Andrew J. Evans

He serves as the Medical Director and Pathologist in Chief at MacKenzie Health, Toronto, Canada, one of the first laboratories to implement whole slide imaging for primary reporting. He was formerly Director of Computational Pathology at University Health Network (UHN). He is the Chair of the College of American Pathologists Digital Pathology committee and has authored numerous publication on guidelines for implementation, quality and practice of digital pathology for primary diagnostics. As such he is a leader and opinion shaper in this area. Additionally, Dr Evans has written numerous papers in GU pathology and is internationally renowned in this sub-speciality.
